Contracts:

Acknowledgment and Agreement

By clicking this box, I acknowledge and agree to enter into a legally binding electronic contract with Vault Studios ABQ. This agreement will govern our professional relationship until a new, project-specific contract is drafted and mutually executed by both parties. This agreement takes effect immediately upon my acceptance and remains in force until superseded by another contractual agreement.

Consultation and Pre-Production Services

Vault Studios ABQ offers an initial 15-30 minute consultation at no charge.
Any services rendered beyond the initial consultation, including but not limited to pre-visualization (pre-vis), administrative planning, scheduling, concept development, and other preparatory work, will be billed at a rate of $45 per hour.
This hourly billing applies until a new, project-specific contract is executed for services related to post-production, audio production, or any other additional work.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

I acknowledge that any proprietary information, creative concepts, methodologies, or discussions shared by Vault Studios ABQ during our collaboration are confidential.
I agree not to disclose, share, or use any of Vault Studios ABQ’s proprietary materials or insights with any third party, competitor, or alternative service provider without prior written consent.
This confidentiality obligation extends indefinitely and covers all preparatory work and intellectual property developed during the consultation and pre-production phase.

Cancellation and Liability Clause

If I choose not to proceed with Vault Studios ABQ after pre-production work has begun and instead engage another service provider, I acknowledge that I may be subject to a cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee will be 40% of the estimated total project cost, as determined by our initial discussions and preparatory work. This compensates Vault Studios ABQ for the time, resources, and expertise invested in the project up to that point.

Legal Enforcement and Agreement Compliance

This agreement is fully enforceable under the laws of the State of New Mexico.
By agreeing to these terms, I confirm my understanding and acceptance of the conditions outlined above.
I recognize this agreement as binding and commit to the specified billing structure, confidentiality requirements, and cancellation terms.

By proceeding with this electronic acceptance, I affirm my commitment to these terms, ensuring a transparent and fair collaboration with Vault Studios ABQ.
